Service Overview

Allspark provides an informational map to help drivers locate electric vehicle charging stations. The service is offered on an as-is basis and may change without notice.

Data Sources & Attribution

Allspark aggregates station information from trusted third parties. Current core providers are:

• Eco-Movement: primary source for charging-location metadata, connector availability, and pricing indicators. Attribution language published by Eco-Movement will be honoured once formally supplied.
• OpenStreetMap contributors: base map tiles and geographic reference data under the Open Database License (ODbL).

Additional data sources may be introduced as the platform grows. We will update this section and in-product notices when new providers are onboarded.

You must not remove or hide the attribution messages presented in the application. If you reuse data obtained through Allspark, ensure you comply with the original provider's licensing requirements.

No Warranty

Information shown in the application may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable. Availability statuses and amenity listings are indicative only. You agree that Allspark, its operators, and its partners accept no liability for decisions you make based on the service.

Acceptable Use

You may use the Allspark interface for personal route planning and research. Automated scraping, commercial redistribution, or reverse engineering of proprietary features is prohibited without written permission.

Location Services

When you opt in to share your device location, the coordinates are used within your browser session to centre the map and calculate nearby stations. We do not persist raw location history on our servers, and you may disable location access at any time through your device or browser settings.

Allspark Charging Intelligence for OpenAI

Allspark may provide an anonymous, read-only charging-station discovery and vehicle-connector compatibility service through OpenAI products. OpenAI may supply an optional coarse location hint to support a nearby search. The service does not provide account access and cannot make payments, manage favourites, reserve a charger, or start, stop, or modify a charging session.

Results are informational and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Station coordinates, availability, connector details, and compatibility indicators come from Allspark's aggregated provider data and must be confirmed before travel or charging. OpenAI's terms apply to your use of its product; these terms apply to the Allspark information service.
