OpenAI service support
Tell us the approximate time of the request, the OpenAI product used, and a non-sensitive summary of what went wrong. The service is anonymous and read-only: it cannot access an Allspark account, make a payment, save a favourite, reserve a charger, or start or stop charging.
Allspark does not retain the optional coarse location hint used for a nearby request. Because it is discarded after processing and is not linked to an account, there may be no location record for us to retrieve or delete. You can disable location sharing in the relevant OpenAI product or device.
